INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Form Fields Data: Forms Fields data includes the available field types when creating a form. We’ll use this to, for example, collect information like Name, Email and other available fields.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like geolocating users and reducing fraudulent activities.
  • Transaction Details: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, keep track of your payment details for purchases.
  • Information we collect when you use our Site, such as your domain name, Internet protocol (IP) address, and browser data
  • Information and comments you communicate to us through our Site using our “contact us” and “request a quote” forms.

This Site is not directed at, nor intended for use by, children.  We do not collect information from children.  As a result, if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you are prohibited from accessing or using the services, including the Site, or providing us with your personal information. When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Payment Card Transactions:

All online payments for purchases made through the Site are completed using third-party vendors’ online payment systems. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to said vendors, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.  We do not have access to your credit card information for such online payments. Any personal or financial information you provide to our online payment system is subject to the third party’s privacy policy and terms of use, and we recommend you review these documents before providing any personal or financial information.

Cookies

  • Form submission information and other details related to it
  • Customer information like your name, email and address information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill entries and support you.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

 If you leave a comment, and/or fill out one of our forms, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.  We are not legally required to continue to keep or store the information beyond our reasonable use period, and it may be deleted at our discretion.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
